In August 2022, Attorney Ustach was awarded the American Bar Association Family Law Section's Chair Award "for meritorious service and loyalty exceeding what is expected of our leadership" by Attorney Candi Peeples.
Attorney Lynne A. Ustach has a general practice law firm at 450 Main Street, Suite 202, New Britain, CT. Her practice focuses upon family law including divorce and custody, adoption, personal injury actions, worker's compensation matters and residential real estate. She has been an Attorney Trial Referee and Fact Finder in civil matters for mor than twenty five years and a Special Master in family matters.
From 2010 to 2023, Attorney Ustach was a member of the American Bar Association Family Law Section Publications Board and co-chaired the Board from 2016 to 2023. She was an active member of the ABA Family Law Section's Executive Council during her term as Publications Board chair. She has also served as secretary of the Connecticut Bar Association, a member of its Board of Governers, its House of Delegates and its Young Lawyer Executive Board. She was past chair of the American Bar Association Center on Children and the Law in Washington, D.C., and the past President of the New Britain Bar Association. She was a member of the Young Lawyers' Executive Council of the American Bar Association Family Law Section Executive Council and the Hartford County Bar Association Board of Directors.
She has been actively involved in the New Britain community having been past Chair of the Civil Service Commission of the City of New Britain, past Chair of Family Services Inc, a trustee and secretary of the New Britain Museum of American Art and an active volunteer in many other organizations. Attorney Ustach is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Syracuse University Law School. Attorney Ustach focuses upon providing quality legal services in a timely fashion, recognizing that each client's needs are unique and require individual attention.
